Information automatically collected
Certain information is collected automatically when you visit, use, or navigate the Service. This information does not usually reveal your specific identity, such as your name or contact information, but may include device and usage information.
Automatically collected information may include your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country or approximate location, app version, crash logs, diagnostic data, session information, and information about how and when you use the Service.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Service, for internal analytics and reporting purposes, to diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience.
Collection of Personal Data and Method
Fiora may process your personal data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. We may collect personal data directly from you, from your device, from app stores, or from third-party services that support the operation of our Service.
The personal data collected and used by Fiora may include your name and surname, email address, phone number if you contact us, photos or images you upload or capture in the app, text prompts or other inputs you provide, generated images or videos, device information, app usage information, purchase or subscription information, Identifier for Advertisers if you give permission, Identifier for Vendors, and IP address.
Fiora allows users to upload or capture photos in order to generate AI-based images, videos, animations, and similar visual content. These photos may include a person’s face. Photos are collected directly from you only when you choose to upload an image from your device or capture a photo using the app.
When a photo includes a face, Fiora may temporarily process the visual information contained in that photo only to generate the AI output requested by you. Fiora does not collect, create, use, or store biometric identifiers, face geometry, facial recognition templates, Face ID data, faceprints, or any data used to identify, authenticate, or verify a person’s identity.
To generate the requested AI output, the photo selected or captured by the user may be temporarily sent to Replicate, our third-party AI processing provider. Replicate processes the submitted photo only for the purpose of generating the user-requested output.
Uploaded or captured photos and any face-related data contained in them are processed temporarily only for the purpose of generating the requested output. We do not permanently store uploaded or captured photos or face-related data after the generation process is completed. The final generated image or video is saved only on the user’s device unless the user chooses to save, export, upload, or share it elsewhere.
Data Categories and Data Types
Fiora may process the following categories of personal data:
- Identity Information: name and surname, if provided by you.
- Contact Information: phone number and email address, if provided by you.
- Process Security: internet traffic data, IP address, device name, app version, operating system, visit data, time and date information, in-app purchase history, Identifier for Advertisers if you give permission, and Identifier for Vendors.
- Visual and Audio Records: photos, images, uploaded visual content, captured visual content, and generated images or videos.
- Face-related visual information: visual information contained in user-uploaded or user-captured photos that may show a human face. This information is processed temporarily only to generate the requested AI output and is not used for facial recognition, identity verification, biometric profiling, advertising, tracking, or building a face database.
- Customer Transaction: order information, billing information, subscription status, and purchase-related information received from app stores.
- Marketing Data: IDFA or similar advertising identifiers only where permitted by your device settings, your consent, and applicable law.
Fiora does not collect biometric data. We do not collect, create, or store face geometry, facial recognition templates, Face ID data, faceprints, biometric identifiers, or any data used to identify or authenticate a person.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for a variety of business purposes, including to provide our Service, for administrative purposes, to improve the Service, and where permitted by law, to communicate with you about our products and services.
Provide Our Services
We use your information to fulfill our contract with you and provide the Service, including:
- Providing AI-based image, video, animation, and similar generation features;
- Processing photos, images, prompts, and other inputs submitted by you;
- Generating the output requested by you;
- Managing your access to certain areas, functionalities, and features of the Service;
- Answering customer or technical support requests;
- Communicating with you about support requests, purchases, subscriptions, or policy changes;
- Processing purchase and subscription information for products or services purchased.
When users upload or take photos within the app, these images are used solely to generate AI-based images, videos, animations, or similar outputs requested by the user. Facial features may be temporarily analyzed only as necessary to produce the requested output.
Photos and face-related visual information are not used for facial recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, biometric profiling, advertising, tracking, user identification, building a face database, or selling personal data.
Administrative Purposes
We use your information for various administrative purposes, such as:
- Maintaining network and information security;
- Detecting security incidents and protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity;
- Measuring interest and engagement in our Service;

Other Purposes

To generate AI-based content, the photo, image, or prompt submitted by the user may be temporarily processed by Replicate, our third-party AI processing provider. Replicate processes the submitted content only to generate the result requested by the user.
The submitted photo and any face-related data contained in it are not used by Fiora for facial recognition, identity verification, biometric profiling, advertising, tracking, or unrelated purposes.
Uploaded or captured photos and face-related data are processed temporarily only for the duration necessary to generate the requested AI output and are not permanently stored by us after the generation process is completed.
General Principles Regarding Personal Data Processing
In accordance with this Privacy Policy, personal data is processed by Fiora in line with the following basic principles:
- being processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently;
- being accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date;

Fiora uses Replicate as a third-party AI processing provider. When you use an AI generation feature, your selected or captured photo, image, or prompt may be temporarily sent to Replicate only to generate the content requested by you.
Photos and face-related data are not shared with Replicate for facial recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, biometric profiling, advertising, tracking, or building a face database.
We require our service providers to process personal data only on our behalf, only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and with appropriate privacy and security protections.
Your personal data may also be transferred to service providers that support analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, hosting, cloud infrastructure, subscription management, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support.
We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, protect the rights or safety of Fiora, our users, or others, detect or prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms of Service.

We are committed to transparent and responsible AI use. User-provided photos that may contain faces are used only to generate the requested AI output and are not used for facial recognition, identity verification, biometric profiling, advertising, tracking, or building a face database.
Your Consent
By using Fiora, registering an account, making a purchase, uploading or capturing a photo, submitting a prompt, or using AI generation features, you acknowledge the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
When you choose to use an AI generation feature, the photo, image, or prompt you submit may be temporarily processed by Fiora and Replicate, our third-party AI processing provider, solely to generate the output requested by you.
You may choose not to upload or capture a photo. However, if you do not provide a photo, certain AI generation features may not be available.
