My song is still processing
Generation time changes with demand and the selected tool. You can leave the screen and return to Library later.
Audio and voice uploads
Use clear MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC or OGG audio. For a voice profile, use at least ten seconds of clear vocals and only a voice you have permission to clone.
Credits or purchases
Stay online after purchase so credits can synchronize. Apple handles payments and refunds through Report a Problem.
My songs are missing
Open Library and refresh. Make sure iCloud is available on the device, then reopen Sonat if the library still does not update.
