Credits are consumable
Credit packs are one-time App Store purchases and do not renew.
Using Sonat
Sonat gives you a personal, limited and non-transferable license to use the app. You may not copy, resell, disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass its security and credit systems except where the law permits.
You must be legally able to accept these terms. Minors may use Sonat only with the permission and supervision required where they live.
Your content and voice consent
You keep the rights you already have in prompts, lyrics and audio you provide. You allow Sonat and its processing providers to use that content only as needed to deliver the feature you request.
For voice tools, use only your own voice or a recording whose speaker has clearly agreed to voice cloning and the intended use. Do not impersonate, deceive, harass or violate another person’s rights.
Responsible use
Do not use Sonat for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative or infringing content. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use, attempt to harm the service, or present harmful AI content as an authentic recording.
We may reject requests or restrict access when needed to protect users, enforce these terms or comply with law.
AI results and service availability
AI results may not be unique, error-free or suitable for every use. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for respecting third-party rights.
Generation may sometimes be delayed, fail or become unavailable. Features, providers and credit costs may change. Sonat is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Purchases
Apple processes Sonat credit purchases. Credit packs are consumable, do not renew automatically and have no cash value. Apple handles payment details and refund requests. We may correct balances affected by refunds, duplicate transactions, fraud or technical errors.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Sonat changes. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.
